Hey Albert, this is a great question but the difference between the two Curt harnesses that both fit your 2009 Toyota Camry is pretty big. The one to go with is the custom fit part # C55567 which installs much easier without splicing to your vehicle and the # C59236 is a universal style wiring kit that is quite a bit more involved to install. This can basically fit any vehicle so we always include it as an option but if there's a custom fit kit it's for sure your best option. Are you planning on doing some towing?
