Need to replace wf-8735 will this fit and be compatible. Need to be able to charge lithium 320ah battery

Hey Bob, welcome back! The Progressive Dynamics # PD94MR won't replace your WF-8735 since it is just a distribution panel and does not have a built-in converter/charger. For a direct replacement, you can use the WFCO # WF96FR, which is lithium compatible and has the same 35-amp output as your current unit.
If you want more charging output for that 320Ah battery, I would go with the Progressive Dynamics # PD4045KA instead. It is similar to the panel you were looking at but includes a 45-amp lithium-compatible converter/charger.
