Hi Jean-Pierre!
We can definitely get your 2018 Airstream Basecamp 16 outfitted with a hitch, but there aren't going to be any that are custom fit, unfortunately. So with that being said, check out the following two options:
Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 18" to 51" Wide # C13702
Stromberg Carlson Adjustable Accessory Hitch Receiver - 49-1/2" to 76-1/2" Wide - 2" # SC45MR
Both of these hitch can either be welded on or bolted on, but the Curt is the better option if you can swing it. It has significantly more carrying capacity than the Stromberg Carlson hitch and is only slightly more expensive. However, it will only fit frames up to 51" wide. If your frame is wider than that (I couldn't find a measurement for this anywhere), you would need to go with the Stromberg Carlson.
What are you going to be using the hitch for once it's installed?

To Whom It May Concern, I employed this hit system to the back of my Forest River hard pop-up travel trailer. I hard mounted it to the back of this trailer to allow me to carry either a bicycle rack and/or a cargo box. It is very sturdy and works well. Jim
