Question:

Hello, I would mike to replace my Trailer Axle Electric Brake and Drums. I am getting conflicting information. I have a 2012 Cross road Z-1. VIN 4V0TC3026CA017252. Online it says I need a 5 bolt system. However, I currently have 6 bolts. Can you please help.

Hey Thomas, thanks for reaching out. We may have the axle you need, but there is no way to look up your camper to know exactly which axles it was equipped with from the factory. RV manufacturers just aren't that specific with their online literature.

The best way to narrow down what axle you need is with the information on the axle sticker. There should be a sticker on the axle tube that shows stuff like weight capacity, hub face (HF) length and spring center (SC) length. If you can send me that info, I can see if we have an axle that matches your specs.

For example, the Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes # e73SR is rated for 6,000 lbs, has a 86-1/2" HF and 71-1/2" SC. It comes with 6-lug hub/drums and brake assemblies.

Are you needing to replace just one axle, or both?
