Hey John, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Seaflo Washdown Kit # SE66FR is designed for both fresh water and saltwater applications. The pump features corrosion-resistant materials that hold up well in a marine environment, making it a solid choice for washdown duty on boats.
The one thing I recommend is giving the system a quick freshwater flush after each use in saltwater. That helps remove any salt left in the pump, hose, and fittings, extends the life of the system, and keeps it performing at its best. For a saltwater washdown setup, the # SE66FR is a great option.

I purchased a new pontoon this year and being on the Missouri River sand bars with kids and dogs I needed something to keep the pontoon clean. I couldn’t be more pleased with the performance and easy installation. The hose is the perfect length and plenty of power. I would recommend this pump and etrailer.
