Hey Mark, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar can be adapter to fit a Blue Ox base plate. For that you'll need the following adapter:
- etrailer Replacement Tow Bar Adapter Kit for Blue Ox and Curt Base Plates # e98978
We actually offer that same tow bar as a kit that comes with the Blue Ox adapters, so thats what I recommend getting if you don't already have the tow bar. Here is the part number for that:

Hey Mark, Ive been using the etrailer XHD 2" Hitch - 10.5K # e67ZR non-binding tow bar with a blue Ox base plate installed on my Buick Enclave and on my Jeep Gladiator for almost three years and, over 20K miles and it works great. 5 Stars in every respect
