I have a 2017 Thor Quantum RQ29 class C. I can’t find anything showing the bumper rating weight capacity. We are interested in the 24” x 60” enclosed cargo rack. Do you think that will be okay as long as we purchase the support brackets?

I couldn't find a definitive answer either, but it looked like your bumper can handle 100 to 150 pounds as it is. The only way to know for sure would be to contact Thor and have them run the VIN for your Quantum RQ29.
That said, it you are wanting to load the 24x60 etrailer Enclosed Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper - Steel - 440 lbs # e34VV onto your bumper, the Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts # MO22FR would be a very wise add-on. It's always kind of surprising how little these bumpers can hold and the SafetyStruts just give you some serious piece of mind. Definitely grab them.

I installed it on mine for support since the square tube is thin. Provides the needed support and balance plus locks it down.
