The main difference between them is the amount of force they provide, so you'll want to choose one that matches your current strut as closely as possible. You would also want to double check what size ball socket you need.

Just out of curiosity, what are you installing these on? Also, do you know the force rating of your current gas struts? There's often a sticker or part number printed on the body of the strut that lists the force, and that will help make sure you get the right replacement.
