How do you take the thumb lock apart to install?

Hey Yarra, this is a great question but the Replacement Plastic Turn Lock for B&B RV Hatches # BM36GR comes apart by pushing in the two tabs on the bottom of the assembly so that the cam lever can come off and then you push the core through the hole and then reassemble the lever. The picture I attached shows the bottom of the lock with the two tabs you push in.
