Can a Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar Be Used with a Blue Ox Base Plate?

I am purchasing a 2023 Ford Bronco that is outfitted with Blue Ox base plate. I currently own a Roadmaster Falcon tow bar set-up used with my previous vehicle. Can the Falcon system be used with the Blue Ox base plate?

Hi Jay! Absolutely, you can use your Roadmaster Falcon tow bar with the Blue Ox base plate on your 2023 Ford Bronco, so you won't have to replace your whole flat towing setup.
If you have a Roadmaster Falcon, Falcon 2, or Falcon All-Terrain, all you'll need is the Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter Brackets for Blue Ox Base Plates, Part # RM-031. If your tow bar is the newer Falcon 3HD, you'll need Part # RM-031-5 instead.
It's always nice when you can reuse equipment you already own, and in this case, the adapter makes it a simple solution. Which Falcon tow bar do you have?

Hey Jay, I bought this conversion kit a couple years ago from E-Trailer. Typical Roadmaster, they fit perfectly and came with very good instructions....not like they are difficult to install.

I purchased these for our 84 truck to pull behind our RV it has a Roadmaster and the truck was set up for a Blue Ox. Works grest!
