If the 6033 Hitch Lock is installed with the Portable Twistep, is it necessary to also install the hitch receiver bolt that comes with the hardware kit? Or just one bolt the 6033 is enough to secure the step and ensure there is no rattling? Thanks.

Hey Sandra! The Advantage Threaded Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # HE6033 will replace that hitch bolt on your PortablePET Twistep # HE3052. You do not need to install an additional bolt. It secures the step, reduces rattling, and lets you leave it installed without worrying about someone walking off with it.
