Question:

Hello. Recently purchased a Ram 2500 pickup to pull our Rockwood mini-lite rv. Ram relocated the truck electrical plugs this year to the passenger side of the rear bumper. Our rv and my other trailers wiring harness are made to plug into drivers side of bumper.. What Im in need of is a pig tail extention thats at least 8 inches long to plug into RV trailer cord and then to my truck. Anything available?

The TorkLift Wiring Harness Extension for 21" SuperTruss Hitch Extender - 7-Way RV # TLW6021 is a little longer than you wanted but will be the perfect adapter and won't cause strain on the cable if you ever decide to upgrade from your Rockwood Mini-Lite RV. This is the shortest option for 7-way extension cables outside of making one on your own. If you would like to instead make your own to get an 8" extension for a more custom fit, you will need 7-Way Round RV Style Trailer Connector - Trailer Side # A7WCB, Curt 7-Way RV-Style Trailer Connector - Vehicle End # C58155, and 12 Gauge 7 Conductor Jacketed Wire - Per Foot # DW04914-1.
