The Malone E-Bike Trailer Rack with Loading Ramp for 1 Fat Tire Bike - 200 lbs # MAL47HR will indeed fit on the MicroSport Off-Road trailer # MAL44ER. It will actually fit all of the Malone EcoLight and MicroSport trailers, which I confirmed directly with Malone just to make sure.
With the E-Bike carrier being 22" wide at its widest point and the crossbars being 55" long, you can easily get two of these on the trailer. If you go front to back in an alternating pattern, you can definitely get three on there, but you might even be able to get four. It will be pretty tight though.
