Hi Sean!
For the Kenda Karrier KR35 ST175/80R13 LRD Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" Aluminum AM03 Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # KE34TJ you got, you will want to torque the lug nuts down to 75 to 85 foot pounds (80 would put you right in the middle of that and is typically where I go to when doing this).
If you are asking, I assume you already have a torque wrench. But if you don't, we do have those as well and the Powerbuilt Dual Drive Torque Wrench - 3/8" and 1/2" - 10 to 150 ft-lb # ALL944001 would have you covered.
What trailer are you installing these on?

Hey Lazer! Thanks for the reply!! I wasnt sure if the steel sleeves changed the torque rating, so thank you very much for the direction. ???? These are being installed on a boat trailer. Can't wait to see them mounted ??!! Nothing like having your car wheels and trailer wheels look virtually the same! ?? Thanks again for your help! Sean
