Hey Tim, thanks for the pictures! The Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents w/ Reversible Fan item # MA10A21275K is the correct one. It has been designed to replace the original one included with your Maxxfan 07500K.
Your fan's board was made in 2018 so the Replacement Printed Circuit Board item # MA10A21275K is the correct one. It works with both aftermarket and OEM model fans as well.
