Question:
I was wondering if you help me find the appropriate wire harness kit for my 2016 Honda accord coupe lx-s 4 cylinder Manual transmission . I see a few different option for 2016 Honda accords but am unsure exactly which one I need. I need the wiring harness kit to allow me to a small basic trailer. Thank you!

Hey Luke. The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter item # C59236 is the correct wiring harness you'll need to add a 4-way connector to your 2016 Honda Accord Coupe.
The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter item # C59236 is a universal harness that will need to be spliced into your Accords tail light wires. The sedan models are the only ones that have custom fit options. There are no plug in wiring harnesses for the coupe models.
I linked the installation instructions below so you can see how to get it set up. You will also need a Circuit Tester like item # PTW2992 to locate the correct wiring functions on your Honda's tail light harness.
I saw you already purchased the Curt item # C11681 hitch. Our etrailer Ball Mount item # e47DR will work great with your setup if you need a 2" hitch ball.
What are you hauling on your trailer?
