Is There An Adapter For A Tekonsha Brake Controller With Two Female Ends?

Question:

Our 2025 Ram 1500 has a male end and the Tekonsha 3024P also has a male end, Is there a harness that has female end on both ends so I can connect my Prodigy brake controller?

Hello Sharon, thanks for reaching out. No, Tekonsha doesn't make an adapter with two female ends. For that setup, your best bet would be to cut off the plug ends and hardwire the controller. The wires should all be color coded so it would be a pretty straightforward splice job.

Usually, the OEM brake controller plug on a Ram truck would be a female plug. Are you sure you are looking at the right connector?
