Question:

Hey Kris, thanks for reaching out. The lift kit definitely gives you more room to work with, but I can't recommend a specific wheel and tire size without knowing exactly how much clearance your trailer has today. As a general rule, I like to see at least 3" of clearance between the top of the tire and the underside of the fender, and at least 1" between the inside of the tire and the trailer frame or suspension components. As long as you maintain those clearances, you can safely step up to a larger tire for a more aggressive look.

Just keep in mind that going to a larger tire also increases the overall tire diameter, which can affect fender clearance and overall trailer height. Before ordering anything, I'd recommend measuring your current clearances with the trailer loaded the way you normally travel. If you can let me know your current tire size and how much space you have above and inside the tire, I'd be happy to help narrow down the largest all-terrain tire that'll fit your Casita.

What size tires are you running with currently? How much clearance do you have?
