Welcome back, Eric!
The Adco Tyre Gard RV Tire Cover for 30" to 32" Tires - Triple Axle - Black - Qty 1 # 290-3992 can indeed be used with 235/80R16 tires. When that size tire is fully inflated, it will typically measure 30.6" and this tire cover can be used with 30" to 32" tires (see included image), so you are good to go!
What kind of trailer are you needing this for? And where are you typically parking it?

It’s a 31’ gooseneck flatbed parked next to a barn. It would only need 1 as the barn side tires get no direct sunlight.
