What Trailer Jack Can Replace a Bulldog 151110?

Updated 07/09/2026 | Published 07/03/2026

Question:

I bought boat trailer that has this mounting plate. Outer diameter of center tube with snap ring grove on outside is 2-1/2 inches. The locking pin holes are 3 inches center to center both vertically and horizontally. Pin holes are 3/8 inches diameter but could be drilled to accommodate bigger locking pin if needed. Would prefer side handle if possible. Will Bulldog 151110 jack fit my mount? Are there any other options even if top winder?

Hi Ken,

The company that owned Bulldog went out of business early this year so we no longer have Bulldog brand items available on the site. The most similar jack I could find compared to the Bulldog 151110 is the Dutton-Lainson Pull Pin, Easy Swivel Trailer Jack part # DL22683. It's rated for 2,000lb capacity, has 15" travel range, and the standard 2 1/2" snap ring mount with a top wind crank. The overall bracket height is 14 3/4" tall, I'm unsure of the spacing between the mounting holes, but brackets are usually not interchangeable between brands so you may need to remove the old bracket and weld a new one on to replace the jack.

Do you know what the brand of the jack was that came with the trailer?

Ken, I installed this jack on my eagle trailer. Works great! Fit right onto the original bracket. Didn’t need to do any welding at all. Hope this helps. Chris M
