Hello Scott,
Welcome to etrailer, I'm glad you found us!
Yes, the Replacement Black Plastic Filler Cap # T097-022-00 is the correct replacement if you're looking for the black plastic cap that covers and protects the master cylinder on your Dexter A160 or AC200 actuator. It twists into place and helps keep dirt and debris out of the reservoir area.
I attached an image of the dimensions as well. It is the same cap I have on my Ranger fold away tongue.
Did your current cap break, or was misplaced? What kind of boat trailer is this on?

The filler cap #T097-022-00 worked great. I ordered a new Dexter surge brake actuator, for the disc brakes on my Tennessee pontoon trailer. When the new actuator arrived the plastic cap was damaged, probably due to rough handling during shipping, and would not sit properly and lock into place. That was the reason that I ordered the replacement cap. After I received the new “undamaged cap” it worked like the damaged one that came with the new actuator should’ve worked.
