Hi Kevin,

Based on everything you described, I don't think the Redarc Tow Pro Liberty, part # RED22NR, is the problem. The Redarc is a very reliable brake controller, and since you've lost your trailer marker lights, battery charge, and trailer brake output all at the same time, it's much more likely you're dealing with a wiring or power issue. The marker lights and 12 volt battery charge circuit don't pass through the brake controller, so if those aren't working either, the controller itself is probably not the cause.

I'd start by checking the wiring at the back of the 7 way connector. Crawl under the rear bumper and unplug the main wiring harness from the back of the trailer socket. Look for dirt, corrosion, moisture, or bent pins, then plug it back in until it clicks securely into place. A loose connector there can knock out multiple trailer circuits at once.

Even though you've already checked the fuses, I'd also press each one firmly into place and verify them with a test light or multimeter if you have one. On a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, the trailer tow fuses can sometimes look perfectly fine but not be fully seated or have a small crack that's hard to see. You'll especially want to verify the trailer battery charge, trailer marker light, and brake controller power circuits.

One other thing I'd check is the trailer ground. When you're testing the 7 way, connect your test light or multimeter to a clean metal spot on the Jeep's frame instead of the ground pin on the connector. If power suddenly appears on those circuits, you've likely found a bad ground connection between the 7 way and the vehicle.

Can I ask if your Wrangler has the factory tow package, or was the 7 way wiring added later? Also, what do you tow most, a camper, boat, or cargo trailer?
