I have a 2026 ram 2500 oem puck system. I need an adapter to fit my BandW 20k slider 5th wheel rail mounted hitch.

Hey Mike, congratulations on the new truck! What you need is the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6099. This will mount in the puck system on your Ram and allow you to install your B&W Patriot Slider # BWRVK3270.

I bought the Demco adapter to make my B&W Patriot fit in the 2024 Ram 3500. My hitch was in a Silverado 2500 previously. The Demco adapter was simple to install in the Ram puck system and works flawlessly. I pull a Brinkley fifth wheel that weighs approximately 15K loaded with no problems at all.

Took my Demco 5th wheel out of 2018 Ram got the puck/rail Demco for the 2024 Ram put it in to factory spots locked it into place in less than 10 minutes, worked out great, especially after knowing what it took to install 5th wheel into the 2018 Terry
