Hey Chad! The only Firestone kit that fits your 2001 Silverado 1500 is the # F2190 which does require drilling. For a no drill option, I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57250 instead. These have the same 5,000 lb load support, are compatible with an in-bed hitch, and bolt on for installation.

Thank you. Is the Air Lift # AL57250 compatible with a non HD truck and 2" drop shackles in the rear?
