Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I wasn't able to identify the axle from the serial number you provided, so I can't confidently confirm an exact replacement based on that alone. We do offer a 3,500 pound trailer axle with electric brakes, part # e43SR, but I want to make sure it's the correct fit before recommending it since axle dimensions are critical.
The # e43SR has an 89 inch hub face measurement and is designed with a 74 inch spring center measurement. It also includes electric brakes and a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern. If either the hub face or spring center measurement is different from your customer's existing axle, this would not be the correct replacement.
If you can let me know the hub face to hub face length and the spring center to spring center measurement of the existing axle, I'd be happy to confirm the correct replacement. That way you can order with confidence and know you're getting the right axle and brake setup for your customer.
What does your customer usually tow with this trailer, work equipment, ATVs, or a family camper?
