Hello Richard,

Thanks for writing in!

Since your 2009 Holiday Rambler Admiral 30SFS is built on the Ford F-53 chassis with a 20,500 lb GVWR, I would recommend going with the SumoSprings.

For the rear, you'll want the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-180-54-1, and for the front, the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSF-170-40-2. I attached an image of where the front ones will install, they will take the place of your factory bump stop. I also attached a video of a test ride, so you can see exactly how they work.

The main reason I prefer the SumoSprings is their microcellular polyurethane construction. They compress progressively as the suspension loads, so they do a great job of supporting the motorhome while still helping absorb road shock. If you hit a pothole or an expansion joint, they tend to provide a smoother, more controlled response than a solid rubber spring, which can feel more abrupt when it engages.

They also do an excellent job of reducing body roll and sway, making the coach feel more stable in crosswinds and when being passed by larger vehicles. For an F-53 motorhome, I think they offer the best balance of comfort and support, which is why they're usually my first recommendation over Timbren springs.

What kind of issues are you currently experiencing that you are trying to eliminate?
