Todd, this definitely fits, and works well. I used this controller in my '21 and '25 Explorers. Plug and play! And, another user posted a video showing how he mounted and integrated the control into the headlight switch assembly. I did the same and you barely notice it's there.

Good afternoon, I just installed this on my 95 f 350 it fits well on top of the cubby with a few screws.The only thing that is exposed I the knob I mounted in the dash next to it. Works great.
