I have a couple ???? is a REDARC TOW PRO ELITE will fit and work on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma Limited and what would be a Plug and Play wiring harness for this thanks

It sure will Bill. For your 2017 Toyota Tacoma, you'll need the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness item # RED45CR. This kit includes the Tow-Pro Elite brake controller and a custom fit plug and play wiring harness.
I have attached a couple of pictures below that will show you where to find the factory connector you'll need to install the Redarc brake controller.
