How Does the Roadmaster Base Plate kit # 1422-1 Bolt Together

Question:
I bought a used base plate for my Liberty, 1422-1. I cannot figure out where all the bracket bolts go on the base plate on the car. I have watched the video on you tube, and this part is not even shown. They also do not look like they will go through the holes in the fascia... Thanks for ant help

I attached an exploded diagram that shows how the Roadmaster Base Plate kit part # RM-520 will bolt together. I also attached a set of installation instructions that should help you figure it all out as well.
