Will The Trailer Hitch For A 2005 Honda Pilot Also Fit A 2016 Volvo XC90?

Question:
I have a tow-bar and hitch that fit a 2005 Honda Pilot. Kept it when I sold the Pilot. Now I own a 2015 Volvo XC90. Question, are they remotely compatible? Will it fit with my Volvos chassis? Thanks. John

Hey John, thanks for reaching out. No, that hitch will not fit your Volvo, you will need a new hitch. The hitch from your '05 Pilot only fits the 2003-2008 Pilot models, so it won't transfer over to a Volvo.
For your XC90, you'll need the following:
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C53HR
What will you be using the hitch for?
