Welcome back Mike. The Replacement Hydraulic Jack Assembly item # LC43ED is the best match for the one you described needing. It's going to replace either of the rear jacks on a Lippert Level Up System.
The Replacement Hydraulic Jack Assembly item # LC43ED has eight mounting bolts on either side. It has a 8,000 lbs capacity, measures 21-1/16" tall, and has a 9" diameter foot pad. The inner piston diameter is 1-1/2".
Which jack are you replacing position wise on your motorhome and do you see any part numbers on it? Lippert's been in the process of upgrading their jacks. So if you need one for the front, I'll need some more specific information.
