Hello Bill,

Welcome to etailer, I'm glad you found us!

Both the Curt Flex Air # LC328492 and # LC369535 fit the Lippert 1621 bolt pattern, so if your trailer has a Lippert 1621 pin box, either one will bolt up without any drilling or modifications.

The difference between the two is the weight rating. The # LC328492 is designed for trailers with a GVWR of up to 18,000 pounds, while the # LC369535 is designed for trailers with a GVWR of up to 21,000 pounds. Even though the two pin boxes weigh about the same, the # LC369535 is built and tested to handle the higher load.

When choosing between the two, you should go by your trailer's GVWR, not the weight of the pin box. That will ensure you're using a pin box that's designed for the weight of your trailer and operating within its intended capacity.

If you could please confirm that you pin box number is the Lippert 1621, and the GVWR of your camper, I am happy to find the right one for you.

What Pin Box are you trying to upgrade from?
