What model crossbars would you recommend for my 2024 Toyota hybrid xle Highlander.

Hi Cindy! Assuming you have the flush mounted rails on your Highlander I recommend the Yakima SkyLine Roof Rack # Y94HB (silver) or # Y99TB (black) you were looking at.
This comes with their JetStream crossbars which are extremely quiet. They also feature push-down rubber strips so you can install accessories without having to do any measuring and trimming. If you want to secure the rack the Yakima SKS Lock Cores # Y07204 are available separately.
