Question:

MY TRUCK IS 2020 GMC 2500 WITH 6.6 BED. THE HITCH I HAVE IS A VALLEY 7054. THE HEAD IS A HUSKY. WHAT ADAPTER RAILS WILL FIT INTO MY PUCK SYSTEM AND WORK WITH MY VALLEY 7054 HITCH?

Hey Kerry,

Since your Valley 7054 fifth wheel hitch works with industry standard rails (ISR) you can use the Curt Adapter Rails for Ford and Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package part # C88KR. This adapter is designed to fit perfectly into the factory puck system of your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 with 6 3/4' bed and will provide the rails needed to fit your Valley 7054. The C88KR is rated for 25,000lbs towing capacity and will add 3 1/2" of height to your hitch. I've linked an installation video as well that shows this adapter being installed on a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 so you can see what your install will look like.

Works great! I like that you can easily take it apart and have a full bed. I bought it to give me a little more height. It does give you more adjustments

@MarkW Being able to remove the adapter to get your full truck bed back is one of the best features! What fifth wheel hitch do you use with this adapter?

@Jeff I'm glad it's worked out well for you! It's so much easier to get the hitch installed with the adapter rails, and you can remove the rails too, so you get your whole truck bed back if you need to haul something.
