Hey Pete! Those 72" long square bars are definitely going to be wide enough to mount a couple Thule Hullavators item # TH898 to. So long as your 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe has the factory roof rails installed that run along the sides of the roof, you can use the following parts to attach your crossbars:

Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Rail and Edge Flush Rail Roof Rack Feet item # TH83CE

Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars item # TH710601

I know you said you had towers already so you may not need the item # TH710601. What vehicle did you take your Thule square bar setup off of and do you see any part numbers on the towers? Does your Santa Fe have the factory flush rails attached to the roof?

Dear Jerred Thanks for getting back to me. We are all set on the fit kit for the Santa Fe with the factory rails. We've been using the racks for years with our kayaks and canoes. We're getting older and hoisting boats onto the roof by hand is getting old. So, we'd like to do Hullavators. Anyway, I'm glad to hear our bars are wide enough for two sets of Hullavators. Is there anything else we need to get to attach the Hullavators to our square bars, besides what comes in the Hullavator box? Thanks Pete

@PeterD You're welcome! Totally get the reasoning for the upgrade on carriers. The Thule Hullavator item # TH898 is going to come with everything you need to attach them to your square bars.
