Is there a replacement seat for the dometic 300 without all the cavities on the under side of the seat?

Hey Greg, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, no, there isn't. The only replacement seat available for the Dometic 300 series toilet is the Replacement Toilet Seat and Lid # DMC99FR which is a direct replacement for the seat that came with your toiler. It has the cavities on the bottom like in the picture I included.
What specifically don't you like about the cavities on the seat?
