It offer a 75-lb total weight capacity for your two bikes and includes locks both for the carrier itself and your loaded bikes.
The Hollywood Racks SR1 # HRSR1 that you referenced is also light in weight and installs very easily
but this carrier does not include locks. You could add a cable lock such as # e98891 for anti-theft protection.
