Troubleshooting Pin Box Clearance

Question:
I have a 2024 Sportek 36VBH with a 2026 Ram 3500 Dually with auto level. My pin box is standard with morryde king pin. I’m using the factory puck system. My hitch is Demco Autoslide 21k. Currently my hitch is in the low position. I can see one set of holes at the top of my pin box. Trailer and truck is level. My problem is the back of the pin box brackets are at the same height or slightly lower than my box sides. In a turn they will hit. From the rail to the underside of the camper is about 6”. What do I adjust to get clearance.

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for sending those photos in for us, that was very helpful so we can better understand what's going on with your clearance. Since you have a Demco Autoslide 21K, I was wondering if you've raised it to its highest height setting yet? I couldn't quite tell from the photos. But the Demco Autoslide has three height settings, 15-1/4", 16-5/8", and 18". If you haven't raised it yet, it could give you a few more inches of clearance.
