Hi Peg, great question! For your 205/75R14 tires, which measure about 25.5 inches in overall diameter, you'll want a tire cover designed to fit 26 inch tires. That will give you a nice snug fit without being too tight or so loose that it could shift around in the wind.

One option I really like is the SnapRing TireSavers RV Tire Covers for 24 inch to 26 inch tires, part # ST7000BK. They also come in white with part # ST7000WH. The snap ring design makes them much easier to install because you don't have to crawl around on the ground trying to stretch the cover over the tire. They also do a great job protecting your tires from sun exposure, dry rot, sidewall cracking, and other weather-related wear while your RV is parked.

Where do you usually park your RV, in a driveway, under a covered pad, or out in the open?

I've had 3 pairs/sets of these for both my snowmobile and utility trailers. One set the squirrels ate them! They chewed up the bottom inch or so on one side. Not the covers fault, I'm not a squirrel diet expert! But these cover other wise held up great. Use them year round. Would (and have) buy them again.

@Paul Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear they've held up so well for you over the years. Sounds like they've done a great job protecting your trailer tires, aside from that unexpected squirrel quality test! Squirrels will sometimes chew on vinyl to help wear down their teeth, so unfortunately your covers may have caught their attention. Sorry they chose your covers!
