Looking for Snug Fitting Trailer Tire Storage Covers for Tire Size ST205/75-15

Updated 04/23/2026 | Published 04/18/2026

Question:

I have ST 205 75R15 tires on my trailer. They are right at 27”. I’m guessing from other posts that they are going to fit very loose! If I downsize one, will those fit? Or will they be too tight? I want to make sure they don’t blow around or blow off. Thanks.

Hey Matt, the wheel covers part # ST7001WH that you referenced would be a little loose on your 27 inch wheels but they would still work. If you wanted something that fits a lot snugger a better option would be the Classic Accessories part # 052963762402 which were designed for 24 to 27 inch diameter tires. Are you in a pretty windy area? If so, the tighter option might be the way to go.

We have 2 RVs and use the snap ring covers. We love them. Easy to put on and they stay in place. Very durable fabric too.

I had the ST7001WH Snap Ring wheel cover on my ST 205 75R15 tires and they were definitely loose fitting but never came off and I live in a very windy area. I recently up sized to ST 225 75R15 tires and the same wheel cover fits snuggly.
