Question:
I need to replace the front stabilizer jacks on a 2017 Grand Design Imagine 2150RB. What ones do I order. What rear shock absorbers would you suggest for a 2026 Alliance 25rl 5th wheel. It has MORryrde 3000 suspension

Hi Bill, love your question!
For the front stabilizer jacks on your 2017 Grand Design Imagine 2150RB, the best replacement is the Ultra-Fab 24 inch Scissor Jacks # UF48-979002. These are a direct replacement for the factory-style stabilizer jacks used on the Imagine 2150RB. If you've been using a lot of blocking under the jacks, the taller 30 inch version # UF48-979031 is another option to give you a tad bit more lift.
For your 2026 Alliance 25RL, I recommend the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers # RM-2460 as long as your trailer has the typical tandem 5,200 lb to 7,000 lb axles used on this model. These shocks pair very well with the MORryde CRE3000 suspension and do not interfere with its operation. The CRE3000 already does an excellent job absorbing road shock, and the Roadmaster shocks complement it by helping control suspension movement, reducing bounce, minimizing chucking, and keeping the trailer more settled over uneven pavement. If your goal is to make an already good suspension system feel even more composed on the highway, this is the direction I would go.
I completely understand wanting to make sure you're choosing the right parts. Nobody wants to order stabilizer jacks that don't fit or add suspension components that won't provide a noticeable benefit.
I'm curious what you're hoping to improve with the Alliance. Are you experiencing bounce, chucking, or another handling concern?
What kind of camping do you love most, state parks, boondocking, or long highway runs?

We are downsizing from a Grand Design 320 Reflection so we can better utilize state parks and do some boondocking. Next question is: we are looking at buying private party. They have a B&W hitch that they used in a Ford. I have a 2028 GMC 2500 HD with the factory tow and puck system. Is there a base that would make this hitch work in my GMC? I have an andersen hitch but unless I buy the adaptor kit it does not work with the existing roto flex.
