Can CURT RVibrake Towed Battery Charger+ for Flat Towing # RVI74FR be Used to Charge Chassis Battery

Question:

Hello I have an RVI towed battery charger we were using on our RAM when it was our toad. We no longer have the Ram and are not using the RVI. Can the RVI be wired in as a dc-dc charger for our motorhome to charge our chassis batteries off our lifepo4 house batteries?

Thanks for the fast response. We really like the lifepo4 batteries, got 600ah in the same space we had 400ah lead acid.

Before purchase, confirm that your purchase will be compatible with your vehicle. I found that that installation on my 2026 Silverado prevented my pre/towing set up. I had previously had the Curt charger on my 2017 Ford Explorer and was satisfied but feel that my Silverado is too overly computerized to be compatible!
