We will likely have something for you, but you will want to take some measurements of the crossbars and of the T-Slot channel to verify compatibility and find the right parts. Not all T Slot channels are made to the same spec, meaning some are wider or narrower than others.

I'd look at the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Roof Tray - Aluminum - 60" Long x 54" Wide # Y05045 you were already looking at or the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Roof Tray - Aluminum - 59" Long x 49" Wide # RR66AP. These are a good size for your truck, and there are a couple ways they can be installed depending on your bars.

For example, you may be able to use the Replacement T-Bolt with Nut # Y8880184 or Pioneer Platform Mounting Kit for Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Crossbars # RR43105, but neither of these have been confirmed to fit. The Yakima kit has nuts that are square 3/4" by 3/4", and about 5/32" thick. The Rhino Rack ones are a bit thicker since they're for heavy duty crossbars. You can measure your t slot channel or reach out to the folks you bought the system from to see if it'll work.

Another solution that I think will work for sure is the Crossbar Clamps # Y05039 which allow the LockNLoad to attach to just about any crossbar out there. It doesn't utilize the t slot channel on your crossbars, but clamps around them in any orientation needed.
