Question:
Can I get longer straps? My new tri bike has a different shape near the seat post and the current strap does not go around.

Strap # P482 is the longest strap available at 9-1/2 inches long overall. But it may not fit your bike rack unless you happen to have a Swagman Trailhead rack.
You might be able to use an adpater bar, # Y02531. The larger end that would attach to the seat post is 4-1/4 inches long by 2-1/8 inches wide. If that is large enough to fit around the seat post then the other end would clamp around the handlebar post and you would attach the bike rack straps to the adapter bar rather than around the bike frame.
