I have a 5.1/8 dia. hole in my rim that i need a cover for could you recommend a cover to cover the bearings

For a 5.125" (5-1/8") hole, the best fit is the Americana Trailer Wheel Center Cap - 5.12" - Chrome # AM90083 which is for 5.12" holes. It's specficially for 15" and 16" wheels and measures 5" in total height.
