I recently bought a curt trailer 11431 for a 2017 Ford Focus St and was needing a replacement set for the hardware. Is that something I could purchase from you guys?

I bought the kit to move my hitch from one Impala to a newer one I bought. The kit had everything I needed and worked great. The threading wires for the bolts are absolutely needed! Watch a video on the website as they are well done and helpful. I recommend the wiring harness kit too as again it makes it so simple to get a trailer plug added to your car.

My daughter purchased a hitch for her 2018 Pacifica fromAmazon. It arrived without the installation hardware. I contacted the company and they said that they were in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy and they couldn't do anything to help me. I contacted Amazon and they refunded the cost of a hardware kit. I contacted etrailer and they were able to provide the kit that I needed to install the hitch for my daughter. Some sites may be slightly less expensive for their products, but I always go with etrailer. They are very helpful over the phone and make sure you get the right parts.
