Question:
I am seeing many videos recommending deemax disc brake conversion. I am curious as to what the total cost of parts might be for my trailer. Also what info you need from me to price the kit. I have a 2026 Keystone Raptor 441 triple axle toy hauler. I have been a mechanic for a living for 41 years so installing the kit would be no problem for me. Amy help or advice would be appreciated.

Hey Garry! The correct kit or parts depends on your axle capacity. It looks like your 2026 Keystone Raptor 441 is equipped with 8k axles, I recommend double checking to be sure. Assuming that is correct, you need the following for a complete kit:
-DeeMaxx Disc Brakes (9/16" Studs) # DE33AR (Oil Bath) or # DE53AR (Grease)
-DeeMaxx Disc Brakes (5/8" Studs) # DE43AR (Oil Bath) or # DE93AR (Grease)
-DeeMaxx Alpha G1600X Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes # DE77SR
-DeeMaxx Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Triple Axle - 20' # DE37SR
You need to choose the correct stud size and then between an oil bath or grease setup. Each hub/rotor above is a pair, so you need to order a quantity of three to cover all of your axles. The total cost will depend on the brakes since they do vary, if you add it all to your cart it will total it up. You should have a breakaway already as part of the electric brake system so you can reuse it with this setup.
Any big trips coming up with the Raptor once you upgrade the brakes?
