Is the MCD Small Spring Kit # MC44SR the 13-Inch Spring for My 48-Inch Shade?

Question:

What is the actual length of the spring. MCD identifies there springs by small13, medium19, and large23. Can you confirm this is a 13inch spring part? Because my shade is 48inch long but the spring is 13inch long confirmed my MCD and the description says this spring fits 18-38inch shades.
