Question:
I’m replacing the AC on my toy hauler and want a black rooftop unit that keeps the controls simple. I don’t really want a wall thermostat if I can avoid it. What would you recommend?

Hey Noemi! I’d look at the Furrion Chill HE # FR75TD for that kind of setup. It’s a complete 15,000 Btu system with a black rooftop unit and a manual air distribution box, so you’ll control it right from the ceiling assembly instead of using a wall thermostat.
It can work with ducted or ductless setups, and the included start capacitor helps the compressor start more smoothly with less power draw right off the bat. If you want a little electric heat later, you can add the Furrion heat strip # FR35SR. What AC are you replacing now, Noemi?
