Question:
My old Coleman-Mach is worn out, and I’m not sure if I should buy just the rooftop unit or a full setup. The camper is a few years old. What would you suggest?

Hey Andre! If your current Coleman-Mach system is already a modern R32 setup, then the Coleman-Mach Signature Mach 3 # CM97RR would work as a rooftop-unit-only replacement. An easy way to check is to look at the data tag on your current rooftop unit or the paperwork for your ceiling assembly - if it doesn’t specifically show R32 compatibility, I’d assume it’s the older style. New units are not backward compatible since the R32 refrigerant change.
Assuming you need a whole new system, for a ductless setup, pair # CM97RR with the Coleman-Mach Deluxe Air Distribution Box # CM46RR. For a ducted setup, use the Coleman-Mach ChillGrill Air Distribution Box # CM36RR. You can also add the Coleman-Mach heater kit # CM96RR if you want light electric heat for chilly mornings. Is your current setup ducted through ceiling vents, Andre?
